Available artist studios and office spaces are featured on the Cutter Family Properties web site.
Studios can be rented by the week or for Open Studios. The fee is $50.

Salmon Falls Mills, consists of two large mill buildings located on the banks of the Salmon Falls River in Rollinsford, NH. Over over a hundred artists and businesses work in the mills. For information about available office and art studio spaces for rent, visit Cutter Family Properties.

Join us the Saturday before Father's Day, for the Salmon Falls Mills Art and Music Festival.
Outside we will have live bands and performers, food vendors and children's activities. Inside the upper mill, we will have over 30 Open Studios, guest artists and an art exhibit spanning seven studios.
Art Exhibit
This spring's art exhibit will feature pop up galleries by The NH Art Association and Pop Up Portsmouth. In addition, there will be several installation pieces, including one by mill artist Shiao-Ping Wang. Check out our Facebook album to see photos from our last Art Exhibit and Open Studios.
